Body Mass Index (BMI) is a measure that uses height and weight to work out if weight is healthy. The BMI calculation divides an adult's weight in kilograms by their height in metres squared.
BMI Formula:
BMI = weight (kg) / height (m)²
BMI Categories:

- Normal BMI 18.5-24.9
- Overweight BMI 25-29.9
- Obese BMI 30 or greater
